2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
Cancellation by Ulnavoradik: If we cancel a seminar, workshop, or program for any reason, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
Early Withdrawal: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the program, you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.
Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent access to the platform and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours, a full refund may be granted at our discretion.
2.2 Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Moderate Early Withdrawal: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 calendar days before the program start date may receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Service Disruption: If there is a substantial interruption in service delivery that affects the quality of the educational experience, partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests made fewer than 7 calendar days before the program start date are not eligible for refunds.
After Program Start: Once a seminar or program has begun, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance or participation level.
Violation of Terms: Participants who violate our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct and are removed from a program will not receive any refund.
Personal Circumstances: Refunds are not provided for personal scheduling conflicts, changes in interest, or other individual circumstances that prevent participation.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your email:
Your full name and registered email address
Program or seminar name and scheduled start date
Order or transaction number
Reason for refund request
Preferred refund method
3.2 Processing Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances that prevent participation, Ulnavoradik may consider exceptions to this refund policy. Supporting documentation may be required, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
4.2 Transfer Options
As an alternative to requesting a refund, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same program or a different program of equivalent value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the program start date and may be subject to an administrative fee.
5. Subscription and Recurring Payments
5.1 Subscription Cancellation
If you have enrolled in a subscription-based program with recurring payments, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
5.2 Subscription Refunds
Refunds for subscription fees are not provided except in cases where Ulnavoradik fails to deliver the promised services or in other circumstances at our discretion.
6. Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable. When applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Typical processing fees range from 2% to 5% of the transaction amount.
7. Course Materials and Digital Content
Digital course materials, downloadable resources, and recordings provided as part of a program are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you request a refund before accessing these materials, please confirm that you have not downloaded or viewed any digital content.
8. Group Enrollments and Corporate Accounts
Special refund terms may apply to group enrollments or corporate accounts. Please contact our team at contact@ulnavoradik.com for information specific to your situation.
9. Promotional and Discounted Programs
Programs purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policy outlined above. Refunds for discounted programs will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the original full price.
10. Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or financial institution without first contacting Ulnavoradik to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your access to all services until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
11. Modifications to This Policy
Ulnavoradik reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
